Luxury Residences Miami Design District (“Luxury Residences”) is a development project co-developed by DaGrosa Capital Development Partners LLC. Located at the entrance to the ultra-high end Miami Design District and set on over 2.5 acres of land with unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay. The residences consist of approximately 160 luxury residential condominium units.
