Katerina Swan is Director of Real Estate Accounting & Finance at DCDP, where she leads the buildout of accounting and finance infrastructure for a growing real estate development platform and is responsible for project and development across the real estate portfolio.
Ms. Swan brings over a decade of experience across real estate private equity and investment management. Prior to her current role, she served as Financial Controller at a real estate investment and management firm, where she oversaw financial operations, investor relations, and capital activity across an institutional portfolio. She previously held the role of Financial Controller at COARE Communities, a private equity real estate fund focused on manufactured housing, where she supported fund-level finance and portfolio oversight. Earlier in her career, she held senior finance roles at MET 21 Real Estate and DIX Capital Management, supporting portfolio-level financial strategy.
Ms. Swan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Florida International University.
