Amy Martinez is the Sales and Marketing Manager at DaGrosa Capital Development Partners LLC (“DCP”), bringing over 20 years of experience in luxury real estate development, sales, and project management across South Florida.
Prior to joining DCP, Ms. Martinez served as Project Manager at Tech 11, a Miami-based electrical contractor specializing in large-scale projects, where she oversaw procurement strategies, vendor relationships, and project delivery.
Previously, she held several key roles at Property Markets Group. As Upgrades Manager, she led an interior upgrades program that generated tens of millions in sales across hundreds of units while maintaining strong margins. She also served as the primary client liaison for finish selections and unit modifications.
Ms. Martinez began her career at Fortune Development Sales, where she advanced from Sales Assistant to Sales Director over nearly a decade. In that role. Her project experience includes Millecento Residences at Brickell, ICON Bay, Icon Brickell, and Paramount Bay, among others.
