Mengxi Tan is a Real Estate Finance Intern at DaGrosa Capital Development Partners (“DCDP”), where she supports acquisition efforts and development activities across DCDP’s South Florida portfolio. Her work focuses on financial modeling, investment committee memoranda, and due diligence across a range of residential and mixed-use projects.
Miss. Tan holds a Master of Science degree in Finance from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration from Northeastern University.
