Patrick Rainey is an Associate at DaGrosa Capital Development Partners (“DCDP”), an affiliate of DaGrosa Capital Partners LLC. At DCDP, Mr. Rainey is responsible for underwriting and evaluating condominium development investments, building and maintaining development financial models, conducting transaction due diligence, and supporting the structuring and execution of the firm’s real estate investments.
Prior to joining DCDP, he worked across acquisitions, asset management, and development, focusing on multifamily and residential projects. He has underwritten and analyzed more than $1.5 billion of opportunities across multiple U.S. markets and supported the structuring and execution of numerous transactions.
Mr. Rainey holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama.
