Rodrigo Zaborowsky is a Director at DaGrosa Capital Development Partners. In this role, he focuses on development operations, including market analysis, acquisitions, project execution and procurement.
Prior to joining DaGrosa Capital Development Partners, Mr. Zaborowsky served as Chief Operating Officer at Zabo Engenharia, his family’s real estate development company. He initially joined Zabo in 2016 as a construction intern, gaining hands-on experience in project execution. After returning to the firm, he led market research, acquisitions, development planning and sales before being appointed COO in early 2025.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Zaborowsky worked at Mogno Capital, a real estate-focused asset management firm, where he was involved in the firm’s fund-of-funds REIT strategy. He later joined Baluarte Capital, a multi-family office, as an Analyst, focusing on client relations, offshore structuring, and assisting in portfolio management.
Rodrigo holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado (FAAP) in São Paulo, Brazil.
